NEWS FLASH! Daterra Farms Rainforest Certified coffees are in the spotlight! We are pleased to inform you that we now offer two Daterra Farms coffees from their “Sweet” collection. The Sweet Yellow is a low acid, full-bodied Brazilian with fruit overtones and roasted in the light New England style. The Sweet Blue is also a low acid, full-bodied coffee, but it hints at chocolate. We roast the Blue to a Full City (Medium) roast. Our fluid bed roaster does an exceptional job of bringing out the brightness of these coffees.
