A nice low acid, full-bodied Brazilian decaf. Medium roast.

Breakfast Blend Decaf
A blend of Brazilian and about 1/4 Colombian decafs. Just like our regular Breakfast Blend, the bold Colombian is subdued by the Brazilian. Medium roast.

Colombian Escelso Decaf
The Excelso is a size grade, not a quality grade. We found this slightly smaller decaffeinated bean to be of exceptional quality which translates to an excellent cup of coffee. Roasted to a full city roast (Viennese) where we think it balances the full body and acid of a tradtional Colombian with the complexity created by this slightly darker roast.

Costa Rican Decaf
This coffee has an amazing amount of character for a decaf. Nice fruit high tones. Roasted to a full city (Viennese) roast.

Guatemalan Decaf
Guatemala grows some of the best coffee anywhere. We cupped and cupped, and this was our pick of the decaffeinated Guatemalans. Roasted to a full city (Viennese) roast.

Sumartra Decaf
We love all the Indonesians, but Sumartra is special. We really liked this Sumatran Decaf and we think you will too. Has just enough nice earthy nuance without overpowering this medium bodied coffee. Roasted to a full city (Viennese) roast. Scarce.

Modoc's Decaf Espresso
It had to be done. We've developed a nice, well balanced decaf espresso worthy of the name. For you folks that can't tolerate caffeine or who require espresso 24 hours a day. This is for you.
